Smooth and easy is the key. The balls have a lot of give so trying to kill it is even less effective than it is with a real golf swing.
After swinging, pay CAREFUL attention to where the ball went. Assuming we have more than 3″ of snow on the ground, anything hit out of the fairway can be tricky to find, especially after 75 other players have left footprints everywhere.
Having your first player go out and spot the other golfer’s balls is a pretty solid strategy to rotate thru during the day.
